Hello there!

I’m Cayla, aka Mama Duck, and I’m so grateful you’re here! After so many of my family and friends encouraged me to start selling my homemade salsas and jams, I finally took the plunge in early 2021 and started to get my ducks in a row to offer my small batch goods at local festivals and farmer markets.

With such an amazing response from my community during my first summer, I decided to take my operation one step further and went commercial. As we continued to grow our presence in the local market, an incredible opportunity arose to purchase a commercial building in the heart of my home town, Van Buren, Indiana.

Having been born and raised a Hoosier, it only made sense to make this a spot for “Pieces of Home”. I’m so proud to provide a space for fellow local artisans to sell their goods and watch MDK continue to grow.
